Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 1 1/2c Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3c Water
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Stick Salted Butter
  • 3/4 C Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Flaky Salt
Directions
Add granulated sugar in sauce pan. Drizzle with water and lemon juice. Cook over med-low
without stiring till sugar dissolves, continue cooking. Swirl pan but DON'T
stir till sugar is amber, 8-10 minutes. Reduce to low.

Cut butter and whisk into sauce then cafefully add heavy cream whisk till smooth. Remove
from heat and stir in vanilla and flaky salt.

Will thicken as cools.
