Fudge Bars
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1/4 C Cornstarch
  • Pinch Salt
  • 3 C Milk
  • 1 C Semi Sweet or Bitter Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
Whisk together sugar, cornstarch and salt in medium saucpan. Slowly whisk in milk.
Cook over med-low heat about 10 minutes or till thickened and bubly, whisking frequently.
Add chocolate chips; heat and stir till melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Pour pudding into into a bowl. Cover surface with plastic wrap and let cool 1 hour.

Spoon spudding into 3-oz pop molds, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Add sticks and lids.

Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
